Informative note according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - Code on the protection of personal data. Registration has the purpose to conclude and manage the contract relation relative to your purchase of one of the products present on shop.ducati.com (herein after the “Site”) and if you wish, to be contacted and receive information on Ducati’s commercial initiatives. The personal data provided will be treated by the Subject in charge of the treatment, Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., with office in Cavalieri Ducati no. 3, Bologna, Italy (herein after “Ducati”), by the handling Manager T-Buy S.r.l., with office in Viale Sarca no. 336, Milan, Italy (herein after “T-Buy”), which is also the handling co-manger exclusively for the treatments indicated in following point (i), represented by its legal representative pro-tempore Dr. Alessio Barbati, with automated tools and non, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - Code on the protection of personal data, for the following purposes: (i) to allow registration to the Site owned by Ducati and subsequent conclusion of the agreement relative to the purchase of products available on the Site with T-Buy (licensee of Ducati for the sale of products through the Site), its execution and fulfilment of the consequent services and obligations, including all administrative and accounting formalities, by T-Buy. For these exclusive purposes, your data can be notified to subjects bond through agreements to Ducati and T-Buy (such as importers, distributors, resellers, assistance network, bank and credit institutions, Internet operators, couriers and shippers), even with office in other countries not belonging to the European Union and in this case, they will be treated by these subjects exclusively for the abovementioned purposes; the data will be disclosed to the Managers and Subjects in charge of the treatment appointed by Ducati and T-Buy and by the aforementioned subjects. Should you proceed with a purchase through the Site, your email address can be used to inform you about potential novelties, promotions and offers on Ducati’s and Ducati’s branded products: in case you do not wish to receive said information, please send an email to unsubscribe-shop.ducati@triboo.it at any time. During the purchase process of a product through the Site, the IP address used by the User to send the order will also be recorded, exclusively for purposes to verify and fight possible crimes or illicit uses of the Site and for anti-fraud activities. In order to allow the activation of specific functions and better performance of the Site, the latter uses the so called cookies: these are files sent by the Site’s server and registered through the User’s navigation program (so called browser) in the User’s hard disk, in which some information is recorded relative to the User’s browsing and activity (pages of the Site visited, reference geographic area, possible website from which the Site was accessed, successful orders), which are re-transmitted by the User’s computer to the Site’s server when accessing again the Site.
