How can I make a purchase on the Ducati Shop?
Making a purchase on the Ducati Shop is easy and fast.  Once the product has been chosen, click on “Add to cart” to add it to the shopping cart.  Repeat the operation for all the products that you wish to purchase and then click on “Checkout”, located at the top right, on the website header.  Remember that in order to make a purchase, you need to be registered.

What are the form of payment accepted on the Ducati Shop?

The Ducati Shop allows you to choose among different forms of payment: credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, bank transfer and many others.  Warning: the accepted forms of payment could vary according to the buyer’s country.

It is secure to purchase on the Ducati Shop?
Your transactions are protected thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL) and the use of the VeriSign certificate which guarantees the highest level of protection in the e-commerce field.

It is possible to place an order from a country that is different from the destination country?
No, it is not allowed: the country from which the order is placed has to coincide with the country where the order is shipped.

How can I know if shop.ducati.com has received my order?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and the detailed summary of your purchase.  Remember that you will be able to check the status of your order at any time in the relative section of your profile.

How can I verify the status of my order?
To verify the status of your order, login on the website and access your profile:  under ‘My Account” you will find the information concerning your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been completed?
For possible changes and cancellations, please send an email to official.shop@ducati.com, we will answer you as soon as possible.

What are the delivery times?
The products are delivered within 3/5 working days from the order date through Bartolini in Italy and Fedex for all the other destinations.

There are additional fees for shipping outside Europa?
In case of shipping outside the European Community, additional fees could be applied during customs clearance.  The recipient is entirely responsible for these fees which cannot be determined in advance by shop.ducati.com.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipping as well as supplying you with a link with which you will be able to follow your order step by step.

How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the useful information to verify the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

What happens in case the recipient is absent at the time when the order is deliverd?
In case the recipient or the person authorized to receive the products is absent, the courier will leave a notice.  For deliveries abroad, the courier will contact the client by phone using the phone number given by the customer at the time of purchase in order to agree on a new time of delivery.

What I have to do if the merchandise arrives damaged or does not match what I have ordered?
By writing an email to official.shop@ducati.com you will be able to exchange the product without any additional cost.  Remember to carefully follow the instructions that will be given to you.   
NOTE: in case the package or wrapping containing the ordered products is clearly damaged, we invite the Buyer to refuse delivery from the shipping agent or to specify that the package was “received with reservations”.

What I have to do if I wish to return one of more products?
The merchandise can be returned within 10 days from the date it was received by simply writing an email to official.shop@ducati.com. Remember to carefully follow the instructions that will be given to you.
