Returns and refunds

You can return any product purchased on Ducati Shop within 14 days from the delivery date.
Remember to test and verify the items before removing the product labels. It will not be possible to accept returns of items with missing or detached product labels.

There may be some temporary delays to our returns and refunds.
Once we have completed the quality control process, we will send you an email with information on the status of your request. If necessary, please contact Customer Services by filling out the form on our Contact page.

Reasons for return

  • The product is totally damaged (only with photos of the damage included and with the product in the original packaging)
  • Non-compliant goods: the product is different from the description (only with photos of the product included)

Reasons for rescission

  • I do not like the color
  • I do not like the style
  • Wrong size
  • I have changed my mind

Returns conditions

Any products returned for replacement will need to have photos (.jpg format and maximum size 5MB) showing the details, and showing the product in the original packaging. Ensure that the products are in the same condition as the original packaging.
In the event that you no longer have the original packaging available, we kindly ask you to pack the product in a package suitable for transport.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and the refund or replacement will not be issued.
When returning a saddle, please keep the original packaging and return it along with the product.

Return procedures for rescission

  • Please fill in the form below.
  • Your request will be evaluated by our Customer Service team.
  • You will receive an email with the address where to send the product to. The returning costs, including any taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  • Once quality control has been carried out, we will send you the replacement product or refund the cost of the product at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date of your return in our warehouse.
  • In case of return procedures for rescission from non-EU countries, both the shipping cost and the amount of taxes and duties for returning the product are charged to the customer.
  • For all returns coming from outside of EU, we do not offer size exchange, only refund.

  • You will receive an email containing details about the expected collection date by one of our couriers and the label to be affixed on the packaging.
  • Prepare the packaging by affixing the label received and deliver it to the courier driver on the day of collection.
  • Once quality control has been carried out, we will send you the replacement product or refund the cost of the product at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date of your return in our warehouse.

Return procedures for an e-bike

  • If you wish to return an e-bike, click on this link to contact our Customer Service, fill in the form and select the option “Return an e-bike”.
  • Remember, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which your product must not be used. Ensure that your product is in the same condition in which you received it, intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documents, and accessory equipment – e.g., battery pack, manuals, instruction manuals, accessories) and with all related sale documents.
  • Our returns department will take care of your request. You will be asked to provide your order details and a few photos of the product. After assessing your return request, you will be informed of our decision and provided with instructions on the product collection. Please note: the return shipping charges are payable by the Customer and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

I don’t like the style/I don’t like the color/I’ve changed my mind

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, select this reason and let us know in the “Comments” field if you want to receive a refund or if you want an exchange with another item.

Non conforming item

If the item delivered is different from the ordered one, select this reason and, if it’s possible, specify which item you’ve received in the “Comments” field.

Item completely damaged/Item partially damaged

If the item is completely damaged or defective, select this reason and describe the damage in the “Comments” field.
