Over the years, Ducati has always been ahead in the study of aerodynamics of the motorbikes racing in the MotoGP Championship. Wind tunnel tests are critical to maximise the balance between mechanical cooling, motorcycle drag, and downforce. The side fairings are designed to generate front vertical force, reducing the natural tendency to wheelie during acceleration and ensuring higher stability during braking. The component is supplied with a certificate of authenticity signed by Claudio Domenicali and Luigi Dall'Igna.
