Orders placed from 2/01 to 5/01 may experience delivery delays.
If you wish to return an e-bike, click on this link to contact our Customer Service, fill in the form and select the option "Return an e-bike".
Remember, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which your product must not be used.
Our returns department will take care of your request. You will be asked to provide your order details and a few photos of the product. After assessing your return request, you will be informed of our decision and provided with instructions on the product collection. Please note: the return shipping charges are payable by the Customer and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will only apply to products returned in the same conditions in which you have received them. No refund will be processed if products have been used beyond unwrapping them, if products are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or if they were damaged: we therefore invite you to take good care of your products whilst in your possession. The goods will have to be intact, inside their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging, documents, and accessory equipment – e.g., battery pack, manuals, instruction manuals, accessories) and with all related sale documents.
After assessing the condition of the item, we will inform you if you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date in which you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the Contract. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used for your first transaction. In view of the above, the refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever comes first.
