Returns and refunds
You can return any product purchased on Ducati Shop within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please try on and check the garment before removing the product labels. It will not be possible to accept returns of items with labels missing or detached from the product.
Reasons for return
- The product is totally damaged (only with photos of the damage included, product labels attached and with the product in the original packaging)
- Non-compliant goods: the product is different from the description (only with photos of the product and product labels included)
Reasons for rescission
- I do not like the color (only with photos of product labels included)
- I do not like the style (only with photos of product labels included)
- Wrong size (only with photos of product labels included)
- I have changed my mind (only with photos of the product labels included)
Returns conditions
Any products returned for replacement will need to have photos showing the details, product labels attached and showing the product in the original packaging. Ensure that the products are in the same condition and with product labels attached as the original packaging.
In the event that you no longer have the original packaging available, we kindly ask you to pack the product in a package suitable for transport.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and the refund or replacement will not be issued.

- Your request will be evaluated by our Customer Service team
- You will receive an email containing details about the expected collection date by one of our couriers and the label to be affixed on the packaging
- Prepare the packaging by affixing the label received and deliver it to the courier driver on the day of collection
- Once quality control has been carried out, we will send you the replacement product or refund the cost of the product at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 days
